um ,actually Gilcrist has made it a point to say that he does not expect, others to follow his belief in walking, so I am not sure if you are not reading too mcuh into this. The hwole team was pretty pissed off....
Of course, for a man who is as given to walking as Gilly, surely it must be frustrating to not see it all around. He does, though, always claim he does not call for it from everyone else....
